Roasted Garlic Crostini
6 oz. Butter, room temperature 1/2 French Loaf, sliced 1 oz. Olive Oil 2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic, puree 2 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped 1/2
Lemon,
juiced
1 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat
oven to 350°. Using the back of a fork, blend all ingredients except
the bread together until well combined. Spread the mixture onto the
bread slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or
until golden brown. Serve.
