Favorite Appetizer Recipes

Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Dip
Yield: 1 ½ cups
1 cup Natural Yogurt
½ cup Roasted Red Peppers, peeled
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Dill
Juice of ½ Lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Grind the peppers and garlic in a food processor. Place
all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for two
hours and serve.
