Chef Don's Favorite Cape Cod Seafood Recipes

CAPE COD SEAFOOD


Shrimp Scampi
Serves 4

1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz. Butter, cut up
2 oz. Dry White Wine
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Plum Tomato, chopped
2 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste


    Over medium heat, reduce the wine and lemon juice in a sauté pan. Whisk in the butter until melted and your sauce has formed. Add the shrimp and garlic and sauté until almost cooked. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine. Serve over Angel Hair.
