Favorite Beef Recipes

Steakburgers
Yield: 8 Hamburgers
2 lb. Ground Sirloin
1/4 cup Steak Sauce
3/4 cup Onion, small dice
3 Tbsp. Sundried Tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
16 slices Cheddar Cheese
8 Rolls
Mix the meat, steak sauce, garlic, tomato, onion,
salt and pepper in a bowl. Divide into 8 equal patties. Cook on a
preheated grill to your desired doneness. If adding cheese move the
patties to the highest grate, place the cheese onto the patties and
close the lid for 2-3 minutes.
