Favorite Dessert Recipes

Strawberries Foster Serves 4
1
pint Strawberries,
sliced
3/4 stick Butter 1 1/2 cups Brown
Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Nutmeg
1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp. Orange
Juice
4 oz. Dark Rum
Melt butter in a large
sauté pan. Add the sugar cinnamon and nutmeg and caramelize for 2 min.
Add the juices and cook for 2 min. Pour the rum into the pan and flame.
After the flames die down stir until the sauce is combined. Add
strawberries and stir for about 30 seconds. Serve over pound cake, top
with whipped cream and serve.
