Favorite Dessert Recipes

Strawberry Sauce
Yield: 1 cup
10 oz. Strawberries, stemmed
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Cold Water
Slice the strawberries and place them into a bowl. Combine with
the sugar and let sit for 1 hour. Put the strawberries into a food
processor and puree. Combine the Cornstarch and the water in a bowl.
Put the strawberry puree into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Whisk in
the cornstarch and water a little at a time until thick. Put into a
bowl and refrigerate. |
