Favorite Beef Recipes

Stuffed Hamburgers
Serves 4
2 lb. Ground Sirloin
8 oz. Grilled Onions
1 oz. Crisp Bacon, chopped
6 oz. Swiss Cheese, chopped
4 Tbsp. Hickory Smoked B.B.Q.
Sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp.
Garlic
4 Kaiser Rolls, grilled
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together the meat, garlic, worcestershire, salt
and pepper. Divide the meat into 8 equal balls. Form each ball into a
patty. Place 4 patties onto a sheet pan. Place the onion, bacon and
cheese on top of each patty. Leave a 1/4” border around the
burger. Place the other 4 patties on top of each stuffed burger. Firmly
press the two halves together. Grill until the burgers are at least
160°. Remove from the grill and place each burger on a bun. Top
with BBQ sauce and serve.
