Stuffed Grapes with Marscapone and Pistachios
Yield: 24 Grapes

24 large Green Grapes                       
1/4 cup Marscapone
2 Tbsp. Pistachios, chopped                                   


    Cut a small amount off the bottom of each grape so they will stand up. Slice the top of the grape off and core the grape with a small spoon or Parisian scoop. Roll some cheese into a small ball and fill each grape. Make sure you use enough cheese so that it overflows out of the grape. Roll the cheese filled part of the grape in the nuts and serve.
