Favorite Dessert Recipes

Sugarplums
1/4 cup Honey
2 tsp. Orange Zest
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
2 cups Toasted Almonds, finely chopped
1 cup Dried Apricots, finely chopped
1 cup Dates, finely chopped
In a large bowl mix together the honey, orange zest,
cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Stir in almonds, apricots and dates.
Roll into tablespoon size balls, roll in sugar to coat. Store airtight.
