Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Tartar Sauce Yield: 2 Cups

3/4 cups
Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 1 oz. Onion,
minced
2 tsp. Garlic, minced 2
tsp. Fresh Dill,
chopped
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped 2
Tbsp. Dill Pickles, fine
diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate overnight and serve.
