Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Thousand Island Dressing
Yield 1 1/2 cups
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
2 tsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Dill Pickles, fine dice
1 Tbsp. Red Onion, minced
2 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Chives, fine chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Store in a airtight container for up
to 10 days.
