Thanksgiving Shepherd’s Pie
Leftover Turkey Leftover Stuffing Leftover Gravy, warmed Leftover Corn Leftover Mashed Potatoes
Preheat
oven to 350°. Coat a deep roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place a layer of stuffing in the bottom of the pan and flatten to even
the layer out, do not compress. Chop the turkey into bite sized pieces
and layer onto the stuffing. Ladle the gravy over the turkey.
Next place a layer of corn over the gravy. Finally spread a layer of
mashed potatoes over the corn. Dot the top of the potatoes with butter
if desired and place into the oven. Bake for 1 hour or until the tops
of the potatoes are golden brown and serve.
