Favorite Appetizer Recipes

Vegetable Dip
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Scallions, chopped
2 Tbsp. Carrot, fine diced
2 Tbsp. Red Pepper, fine diced
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Tbsp. Dill
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
2 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
