Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Salsa di Noci (Walnut Sauce)
6 oz. Walnut Meats
2 whole Garlic Cloves
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Place the walnuts, garlic, basil and cheese into a
food processor and puree. Add salt to taste. Add olive oil and blend
again. The consistency should be a little thinner than pesto.
