Western BBQ Burger
Serves 4

1 lb. Ground Beef                       
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
3-4 shakes Worcestershire Sauce               
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Cumin                           
1 tsp. Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste                   
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. Caramelized Onion                   
4 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
12 slices Bacon, cooked                   
4 Hamburger Rolls

Preheat grill to medium. Combine meat, Worcestershire sauce and spices in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Grill until it is cooked the way you like it and top with cheese. Meanwhile heat the onions and toast the rolls.
