Cider Gravy




1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

6 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon Thyme

1 teaspoon Rosemary, Crushed

1 teaspoon Sage Leaves

1/2 teaspoon black Pepper, Coarse Ground

2 cups Kitchen Basics® Original Turkey Stock

1 cup apple cider

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add flour and seasonings; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Gradually whisk in stock and cider. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.
