8 ounces Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
4 ounces Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. Blend continuously for about 1 minute or until completely creamy.
- Use a rubber spatula to transfer the dip into a small ceramic baking dish (I used a 6-inch shallow bowl but any oven-safe dish will work)
- Place the goat cheese dip in the oven for 20 minutes or until light golden brown. I like to broil it for the last minute to get it nice and toasty on top.
- Top with blistered tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, or fresh herbs and serve with grilled bread, crackers, or veggies.
