FISH CHOWDER CASSEROLE

From the Test kitchen of CHATHAM FISH & LOBSTER

1 quart Chatham Fish & Lobster chowder

1/2 bag egg noodles

Chatham Fish & Lobster cracker crumbs

Casserole dish (look in the cabinet over the fridge)

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Blend egg noodles with chowder.
  3. Top with cracker crumbs.
  4. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Brown bread crumbs if desired.)

*For an extra treat, add a little shredded cheddar cheese.
