FISH CHOWDER CASSEROLE
From the Test kitchen of CHATHAM FISH & LOBSTER
1 quart Chatham Fish & Lobster chowder
1/2 bag egg noodles
Chatham Fish & Lobster cracker crumbs
Casserole dish (look in the cabinet over the fridge)
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Blend egg noodles with chowder.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Brown bread crumbs if desired.)
*For an extra treat, add a little shredded cheddar cheese.
