HAM & ARTICHOKE STROMBOLI

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup Dragone® Ricotta Cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus 2 TBSP
1 scallion, thinly sliced (white and green)
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 16-ounce package pizza dough
4 ounces sliced deli ham
1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. In a small bowl, combine the Dragone® Ricotta Cheese, 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. 3. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, 10″ x 15,” and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread half of the dough with the ricotta mixture, leaving a 1″ border on each end. Then, top the mixture evenly with ham slices and cover with artichokes. Roll the dough slowly to enclose the fillings in a tight 15″-long log. Pinch the seam and ends to seal. 4. Bake for 15 minutes, then brush with oil and sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of the shredded parmesan cheese. 5. Bake for 10–15 minutes more, or until brown. Then, let it sit for 5 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
