Ingredients:

2 zucchinis

1/4 cups pine nuts

Honestly cranberries

Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard

Goat cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper (to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the zucchinis into touch cubes, and place them in a food processor.
  2. Pulse the cucumbers into rice-sized pieces. Add in the cranberries, pine nuts, primal kitchen honey mustard vinaigrette.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
