- Cut the zucchinis into touch cubes, and place them in a food processor.
- Pulse the cucumbers into rice-sized pieces. Add in the cranberries, pine nuts, primal kitchen honey mustard vinaigrette.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
