PISTACHIO CRAB-TOPPED WHITE FISH

3-5 lbs of your choice of white fish (Cod, Haddock)

1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping

8 oz container of crab meat (drained)

pint of cherry tomatoes sliced in half

fresh tarragon

 

Makes6 Servings

  1. Simply press the Nuts Over Fish®Pistachio Topping onto the surface of the fish of your choice and coat.
  2. Place the tomatoes on top, sprinkle tarragon.
  3. Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes cooking time per inch of fish.
