1 pkg Riega Chicken Tinga Seasoning
2 lbs. boneless chicken
1/2 medium onion (thinly sliced)
1 (15 oz) can of fire-roasted tomatoes
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, tomatoes, and Riega seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred with a fork and serve on tortillas and top with onion, cilantro & lime. Enjoy!
