PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH EASE
REGISTER-Click on the Register button at the top right corner of the screen. While you can place an order as a guest, registering allows you to securely store your information, add to open orders, and save shopping lists.
RESERVE A DELIVERY OR PICK-UP TIME SLOT-Click on the bubble at the top of the screen. This will allow you to choose your delivery or pick-up day & time.
START SHOPPING-Use the SHOP NOW button at the top left of your screen. This will allow you to shop by department. Use the search bar to search for specific items. MY PANTRY stores recent purchases so that you can re-order your favorite products with ease! Use SHOPPING LISTS to create multiple lists for your favorite products or for your next event.
CHECK OUT-Enter your name, address, phone number, and payment information. This information will be saved for future orders if you’re registered. Be sure to click SUBMIT ORDER!
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
SUBSTITUTIONS-By allowing substitutions, you are letting your Personal Picker know that if an item in your order is not available they can choose a similar item that is either a different size of the same product or a different brand. You can be specific about the type of substitutions allowed by providing instructions in the Substitution Notes.
REVIEW-Please take the time to review your order as you are UNABLE TO REMOVE ITEMS from your order once it's submitted. You can, however, add to your order up until 6 am on the day you are to receive it.
CREDIT CARD HOLDS & CHARGES-A temporary hold for $1.00 will be placed on your credit card upon placing your order. 24 hours prior to your delivery, a second hold will be placed on your card for the full amount of the order. Additional holds may be placed on your card if you added items to your order 24 hours or less prior to receiving your order. After your order has been picked, your card will be charged the final total that is represented on your emailed receipt. Within 72 hours, all holds on your card will disappear.
RECEIPTS-You will receive two emails during the ordering process; a confirmation of your order on the day you place your order and a final receipt on the day you receive your order. Additional emails are sent each time you add to your order.
LIQUOR-Liquor deliveries MUST be received by someone 21 or over with a valid ID.
CANCELING AN ORDER-Orders can be canceled by email or phone at no charge prior to the day that they are scheduled. Orders canceled on the calendar day that they are to be delivered will incur a $25 cancellation fee. The delivery charge is also nonrefundable.
